ok. now that i've gotten that out of my system. i'll move on. do you ever wonder what happens to leap day when it's not a leap year? is it like brigadoon? like once every 4 years February 29th mystically rises out of the mist of time. i don't understand people who get married on leap day. do they celebrate your anniversary on Feb. 28th or March 1st every year? do they only celebrate once every 4 years? if so, that's a bum deal. i feel bad for babies who are born on leap day. when do they get to celebrate their birthdays? are they perpetually one day younger than they really are? so that when they're 30 really they're 30 minus the 22 days they've lost? it's a complex thing to wrap your mind around.
