i can't believe it's a new year... where the hell does the time go? here's hoping 05 is full of new things. good things. i used to write a year in review on january 1st. maybe i'll synopse here. (is that a real word?). work work work... the spring and summer were full of condo hunting stress. in june i went to israel. how fantastic was that? new friends, new experiences, a passport with a stamp in it! then the closing and the painting and the schlepping and the moving. i've been here 6 months now... it's starting to feel like home now. starting. in august i got my shining moment in the spotlight singing in what should really be considered a dumb little concert. but was really a big deal for me. it's been a really long time since anybody paid that much attention to me. fall is always a mess of running around. holidays and youth groups and my own life. what life? i've probably overbooked my life, but hey, i need the money and i love working with BBG so... i guess it works out. I still havent even seen any of that money i'm working for yet, but i guess it'll work out soon. then as luck would have it the freelance gigs started rolling in. more cash that i need, but... sleep is good too. oh hey, forgot to mention my ali thing in may. that was pretty cool. meeting ali sweeney. not only meeting her but meeting her for nearly an hour. SABs wedding planning was a bit of a stress for me, but i'd rather not rehash. i guess the begining of this new year 2005 will be just as crazy as the end of 2004 was, but maybe there will be an end in sight. a rest at least. so... here here... good bye 2004. hello whatever the new year brings.
Happy New Year, chica! You had a good year last year, if definitely overbooked. Here's to a wonderful 2005.
